The present invention relates to a device and a method thereof to predict ventricular arrhythmia. According to the present invention, the method includes: a step of receiving at least one among a breath signal and an electrocardiogram signal of a ventricular arrhythmia patient a step of obtaining at least one among parameter values about a breathing transition and a heartbeat transition of the ventricular arrhythmia patient by analyzing at least one among the breath signal and the electrocardiogram signal of the ventricular arrhythmia patient a step of generating ventricular arrhythmia estimation algorithm, predicting whether the ventricular arrhythmia occurs or not, by using the obtained parameter value a step of predicting whether the ventricular arrhythmia of the user occurs or not by applying the parameter value about the breathing transition and the heartbeat transition to the ventricular arrhythmia estimation algorithm and a step of outputting a result of the prediction of the ventricular arrhythmia. According to the present invention, the method is capable of predicting the ventricular arrhythmia with a high probability before the disease occurs. More specifically, the present invention is capable of securing sufficient time to deal with the ventricular arrhythmia of the patient by enabling the prediction one hour before the occurrence of the ventricular arrhythmia.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 심실 부정맥 예측 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 심실 부정맥 예측 방법에 따르면, 심실 부정맥 환자의 심전도 신호 및 호흡 신호 중 적어도 하나를 입력받는 단계, 상기 심실 부정맥 환자의 심전도 신호 및 호흡 신호 중 적어도 하나를 분석하여 상기 심실 부정맥 환자의 심박 변이도 및 호흡 변이도에 대한 파라미터 값 중 적어도 하나를 획득하는 단계, 상기 획득한 파라미터 값을 이용하여 심실 부정맥의 발생 여부를 예측하는 심실 부정맥 추정 알고리즘을 생성하는 단계, 사용자의 심박 변이도 및 호흡 변이도에 대한 파라미터 값 중 적어도 하나를 상기 심실 부정맥 추정 알고리즘에 적용하여 상기 사용자의 심실 부정맥 발생 여부를 예측하는 단계, 그리고 상기 심실 부정맥 발생 여부의 예측 결과를 출력하는 단계를 포함한다.이와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 심실 부정맥 예측 방법은 심실 부정맥이 발생하기 이전에 높은 확률로 발병을 예측하게 한다. 특히, 심실 부정맥이 발생되기 한 시간 이전에 예측을 가능하게 하는바, 환자가 심실 부정맥의 발생에 대처하기 위한 충분한 시간을 확보할 수 있다.
