The present invention relates to a soluble micro-needle and a micro-needle patch including the micro-needle. When skin is punched by using the micro-needle and the micro-needle is inserted through the punched skin, the micro-needle is dissolved, and a target material in the micro-needle is administrated into the skin. When the micro-needle according to the present invention is used, suitable mechanical strength, viscosity, and hardness are ensured. Thus, the micro-needle according to the present invention can be easily inserted in skin without being deformed by being bent or broken, and skin can be effectively punched. Moreover, the micro-needle according to the present invention is dissolved through the punched skin, and a target material shows an excellent skin transmittance rate. Compression using strong power is not needed. Irrespective of the part where a target material is contained in the micro-needle according to the present invention, the target material can be effectively transferred into skin.본 발명은 용해성 마이크로니들에 관한 것으로, 마이크로니들을 이용해 피부 천공 후, 천공된 피부를 통해 마이크로니들이 삽입되었을 때 마이크로니들이 용해됨으로써 마이크로니들 내 목적물질이 피부 내에 투여되는 마이크로니들 및 이러한 마이크로니들을 포함하는 마이크로니들 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마이크로니들을 사용하면, 적절한 기계적 강도, 점성 및 경도를 가져서 휘거나 부러지는 등의 형태 변화없이 피부 내 용이하게 삽입할 수 있고, 효과적인 피부 천공이 가능하다. 또한, 천공된 피부를 통해, 본 발명에 따른 마이크로니들이 용해되면서 목적물질의 우수한 피부 투과율을 보이므로, 강한 힘으로 가압하지 않아도 무방하고 마이크로니들의 어느 부분에 목적물질을 함유하여도 피부 내에 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
