A composite plant factory combined with carbon source and/or nitrogen source facilities includes: one or a plurality of plant culture factories each comprising a housing to define a substantially enclosed space for culturing a plurality of plants and one or a plurality of carbon source facilities to contain organic bodies capable of releasing carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide released by the organic bodies is guided to the plant culture factory for promoting plant growth. If oxygen-providing is good for the organic bodies in the carbon source facility, the oxygen released by the plants in the plant culture factory can be guided to the carbon source facility. For those low-temperature required carbon source facilities, they can share a set of refrigating/air-conditioning system with the plant culture factories to lower facility cost.
