PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide supply device capable of taking out a used mixed liquid from a carbon dioxide generating container and discarding the same, wherein the carbon dioxide supply device is a carbon dioxide in a water tank body 1 for growing an ornamental aquatic plant 11. It is a device that supplies carbon. It is characterized by including a mixed liquid 21 in which sugar and sodium polyacrylate are mixed with water or hot water and yeast is added, and a carbon dioxide generating container 2 for sealing the mixed liquid 21.
