The present invention provides a novel magnetically controlled magnetic nanostructure, characterized in that a layer of lipophilic substance is coated on the periphery of a magnetic nano element. With the lipophilic substance layer structure, it is possible to make the magnetically controlled magnetic nanostructure have affinity with fats on the vascular wall, so as to overcome the situations that the magnetic nano-structure cannot be magnetically controlled because the surface tension of the fats is too high and the viscosity is too large. As such, the disclosed magnetically controlled magnetic nanostructures can smoothly rotate along the magnetic line of force in the presence of external electromagnetic field in order to remove fats on the vascular wall by means of shear stress, thereby preventing the vascular wall fats from blocking the blood vessels, as well as reducing the effect of cardiovascular disease.本發明提供一新穎的磁控磁性奈米結構,其特徵在於在磁性奈米元件外圍包覆一層親脂性物質層。藉由該親脂性物質層結構,可使磁控磁性奈米結構與血管壁脂肪具有親和性,克服因油脂表面張力過高、黏稠度過大而導致磁性奈米結構無法磁控之情況,因此,該磁控磁性奈米結構於外加電磁場作用時能順利沿著磁力線旋轉,以剪應力清除血管壁油脂,達到避免血管壁油脂堵塞血管,並減少心血管疾病發生之功效。11‧‧‧磁性奈米元件21‧‧‧親脂性物質層
