PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive composition for skin application, forming a self-adhesive layer of skin patch having excellent applicability to skin (retention, fixing force), does not cause pain in peeling and does not generate paste residue in peeling, and a skin patch having excellent sustained-release properties and stability with time of a medicine.SOLUTION: The self-adhesive composition for skin application comprises an acrylic copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition containing an N-vinyl cyclic lactam monomer and an acrylic monomer but not containing a monomer containing a carboxy group or hydroxy group, and a polyisocyanate compound. The skin patch comprises a self-adhesive layer formed from the composition, and a medicine storage layer.
