PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch capable of attaining a patch preparation having much excellent cohesion, causing no cobwebbing in peeling from the skin and having excellent stability.SOLUTION: The patch comprises a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the support. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a) a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, (b) a hydroxy group-containing monomer, and (c) a diketone group-containing monomer.【課題】顕著に優れた凝集力を有し、皮膚からの剥離時の糸引きがなく、かつ、優れた安定性を有する貼付製剤を実現し得る貼付剤を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の貼付剤は、支持体と当該支持体の少なくとも一方の面に設けられた粘着剤層とを備える。粘着剤層は、（ａ）（メタ）アクリル酸アルキルエステルと（ｂ）水酸基含有モノマーと（ｃ）ジケトン基含有モノマーとを含有するモノマー混合物を共重合してなるアクリル系共重合体を含む。【選択図】なし
