An upper intermediate strap arrangement includes a pair of upper straps (32) extending downwardly and inwardly toward one another from the upper rear strap. The upper rear strap has a curved portion of a predetermined radius, and the curved portion extends between and connects to the upper straps of the intermediate strap arrangement. The side straps and the rear strap arrangement comprise a one-piece composite soft material.
