The assembly has a pair of side strap portions (18), each side strap portion including a pair of side straps (22, 24) and a rear strap portion (20) interconnecting the side strap portions and including an upper rear strap (26) and an intermediate strap (30) arrangement. The intermediate strap arrangement includes a pair of upper straps (32) extending downwardly and inwardly toward one another from the upper rear strap and a pair of lower straps (34) extending downwardly from the upper straps and outwardly away from one another. The upper rear strap has a curved portion of a predetermined radius, and the curved portion extends between and connects to the upper straps of the intermediate strap arrangement.
