PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover, not through a simulation but through an experimentation, such a shape that a ratio (asymmetric ratio) of the strength of electrostatic power before and after field inversion is reduced substantially to 0.5 as a shape of a charge carrier body used for electrostatic application equipment (electrostatic generator, electrostatic motor, electrostatic accelerator or the like) utilizing a phenomenon (asymmetrical electrostatic power) where the strength of electrostatic power acting on a charged conductor which is formed asymmetrical in a field direction may be changed when the field direction is inverted.SOLUTION: A conductor comprises a shield member (plate) in parallel with a drive plate which is vertical to a field direction, and is formed in such a shape that the shield member (plate) stands up substantially in the center of a rear surface of the drive plate and the rear surface of the drive plate at both sides of the shield member (plate) can be electrically shielded.
