PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube capable of accurately guiding an insertion portion.
SOLUTION: The guide tube 20 is constituted so as to insert the insertion portion 3 into the internal space Q, which is wide with respect to an inlet, possessed by an examination target toward a target region having a definite range and includes an outer sheath 25 inserted into the internal space Q from the inlet to be fixed so that its leading end 25a may come into a predetermined positional relation with respect to the target region and the inner sheath 22 which is inserted into the outer sheath 25 in a manner to freely advance and retreat, and rotate and of which the leading end 22b is formed into a curved shape and partially protruded from the leading end 25a of the outer sheath 25 to be made elastically deformable. The leading end 25a of the outer sheath 25 is formed so as to have an angle with respect to the axis of the outer sheath corresponding to the definite range of the target region and is made to abut on the leading end part 25a of the inner sheath 22 to control the bending of the inner sheath.
