A system for determining the type of tissue of a patient by using CT images photographed in energy bands having different tube voltages with respect to the patient, which is provided as an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an image receiving part for obtaining a first image with respect to a patient in a first energy band and obtaining a second image with respect to the patient in a second energy band； and an analysis and diagnosis aid information providing part for estimating the density of x-rays with respect to respective inspected areas in the first image and the second image, estimating a low tube voltage to a high tube voltage ratio (LHR) based on the estimated density value of x-rays, and determining the type of tissue in the inspected areas depending on the estimated ratio.본 발명의 일 실시예로써 개시된 환자에 대하여 관전압(tube voltage)이 상이한 에너지 대역에서 촬영된 CT 영상들을 이용하여 환자의 조직의 유형을 판별하기 위한 시스템은, 제 1 에너지 대역으로 환자에 대한 제 1 영상을 획득하고, 제 2 에너지 대역으로 환자에 대한 제 2 영상을 획득하기 위한 영상 수신부, 제 1 영상과 제 2 영상 각각에서의 검사 영역에 대한 엑스선 강도(density) 값을 추정하고, 추정된 엑스선 강도 값에 기초하여 저관전압 대비 고관전압(LHR) 비율을 추정하며, 추정된 비율에 따라 검사 영역의 조직 유형을 판별하는 분석 및 진단 보조 정보 제공부를 포함할 수 있다.
