PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine naturally receiving force applied to treatment elements to secure reliability or safety of medical treatment operation and allowing simplification of a tilting operation mechanism of a drive mechanism part, by bringing support center positions of support portions of the treatment elements in a seat back part into line with a tilting center of the drive mechanism part for the treatment elements.SOLUTION: The drive mechanism part 60 for the treatment elements is tiltably disposed inside the seat back part 13, treatment element support arms attached with the treatment elements in the drive mechanism part 60 are supported by a tilting shaft 53, and the force applied to the treatment elements is directly transmitted to the tilting shaft 53, so that unnecessary force is applied to the tilting mechanism of the drive mechanism part 60. Thereby, the reliability or safety of the medical treatment operation and tilting operation of the drive mechanism part 60 and the treatment elements can be enhanced, it is not necessary to make the tilting mechanism have a high-strength, and the tilting mechanism can be simplified to reduce the size of the whole mechanism part related to the treatment elements.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】背もたれ部における施療子の支持部分の支持中心位置を施療子の駆動機構部の傾動中心と一致させ、施療子に加わる力を無理なく受けて、施療動作の信頼性や安全性を確保すると共に、駆動機構部の傾動機構を簡略化できるマッサージ機を提供する。【解決手段】背もたれ部13内部に施療子の駆動機構部60を傾動可能に配設する一方、この駆動機構部60における施療子を取付けた施療子支持アームを傾動軸53で支持し、施療子に加わる力を傾動軸53にそのまま伝えることから、駆動機構部60の傾動機構に不要な力が加わらず、施療子と駆動機構部60の傾動動作及び施療動作の信頼性や安全性を高められると共に、傾動機構を高い強度のあるものとする必要が無く、この傾動機構を簡略化でき、施療子に係る機構部分全体の小型化が図れる。【選択図】図1
