PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum extrusion apparatus for food in which materials are charged and the dough such as the food can be molded.SOLUTION: A vacuum extrusion apparatus 10 for food is constituted of: a vacuum adjusting device 11 a dough storing hopper 12 with a jacket 19 in communication with the vacuum adjusting device 11 an unstiffening motor 13 and a screw motor 14 installed outside the dough storing hopper 12, separately pushing-up blades 15 pivotally installed in the dough storing hopper 12, and protruded and formed left and right alternately a screw 16 pivotally installed in the bottom of the dough storing hopper 12 and an extrusion molding device 17 disposed in the other part of the screw 16. Further, the pushing-up blades 15 is constituted so as to be driven by the unstiffening motor 13, and the lower screw is constituted so as to be driven by the screw motor 14. The timing between the pushing-up of the food dough in the dough storing hopper 12 and the dough transfer to the screw extrusion molding of the following process is constituted so as to be adjusted by the control of respective motors 13, 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
