The present application relates to a method for obtaining regenerative molecular matrices which induce, through cell signalling, selective differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells present in all connective tissues. Furthermore, there is claimed the matrix which is obtained by means of said method and which possesses properties of regeneration of hard and soft connective tissues, having uses for both humans and animals. The matrix disclosed is relevant for multiple applications, inter alia, for the regeneration of soft tissue, such as mucus and skin; regeneration of hard tissue, including bone and cartilage; epithelial regeneration and keratinisation; tissue adhesion, cicatrisation, conservation and autologous or cultivated cell implantation, reduction or elimination of postsurgical paresthesia, local haemostasis, release and local transfer of molecules and medicaments, bioabsorbable matrices with barrier effect (guided osseoregeneration or guided periodontal regeneration), tissue neovascularisation and revascularisation, optimisation of reimplantation of structures or tissues lost through trauma, prosthetic osseointegration, etc.La presente solicitud se relaciona con un método para la obtención de matrices moleculares regenerativas que inducen, por señalización celular, la diferenciación selectiva de las células madres mesenquimales presentes en todos los tejido conectivos. Adicionalmente, se reclama la matriz obtenida mediante dicho método, la cual posee propiedades regenerativas de tejidos conectivos duros y blandos con usos tanto para humanos como animales. La matriz divulgada resulta relevante para múltiples aplicaciones, entre otras, para el regeneramiento de tejidos blandos, tales como mucosa y piel; regeneración de tejidos duros, entre ellos hueso y cartílago; regeneración epitelial y queratinización; adhesión tisular, cicatrización, conservación e implante de células autólogas o cultivadas, disminución o eliminación de parestesias post quirúrgicas, hemo
