The present invention is directed to novel organoleptic compounds, a process of augmenting, enhancing or imparting taste to a material selected from the group consisting of a foodstuff, a chewing gum, a dental product, an oral hygiene product and a medicinal product comprising the step of incorporating an olfactory acceptable amount of such novel organoleptic compounds, and a process of improving, enhancing or modifying a fragrance formulation through the addition of an olfactory acceptable amount of such novel organoleptic compounds.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés organoleptiques； un procédé qui augmente, améliore ou transmet un goût à une substance choisie dans le groupe constitué d'un produit alimentaire, d'une gomme à mâcher, d'un produit dentaire, d'un produit d'hygiène buccale et d'un produit médicinal, comprenant l'étape consistant à incorporer une quantité acceptable sur le plan olfactif de ces nouveaux composés organoleptiques； et un procédé pour améliorer, augmenter ou modifier une formulation de parfum par addition d'une quantité acceptable sur le plan olfactif de ces nouveaux composés organoleptiques.
