The present invention is to provide a method for producing a skin improving agent using a natural fruit comprising: a pretreating step of producing an apple juice by grinding an apple with a mixer after the apple is cleanly washed and seeds are removed therefrom when the apple is added a step of producing a mixed solution of 100 wt% by mixing the apple juice and sugar at a ratio of 1 : 1 and a step of boiling the mixed solution to be a gel state of 80 wt% of the total weight while the mixed solution is heated at a temperature of 150-250°C and stirred. According to the present invention, a skin improving agent is produced using an apple, a natural fruit, to have excellent effects such as skin care, exfoliation, and the like. In addition, the skin improving agent has no side effects to be used for improving a skin. Moreover, collagen components contained in an apple promote to growth of a bone, and also exist even in a tissue of a skin and a hair to help combination and nutrition of hair cells, thereby obtaining excellent effects for prevention of hair loss.
