PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a transparent soap having metallic foil uniformly dispersed entirely and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a transparent soap 1 by arranging a metallic foil on a hydrophilic film layer which can be dissolved and/or swelled to a soap raw material 10 prepared for manufacturing by a frame milling method to form a metallic foil member, inputting the metallic foil member to the soap raw material 10 and mixing them, dispersing the metallic foil into the soap raw material 10, then flowing the same into a frame and curing and hardening the same to form a soap. The soap raw material 10 contains aliphatic acid soap of 25 to 55 mass%, sugar polyol of 20 to 50 mass% and alcohol of 20 mass% or less. The metallic foil member has a size of 1 to 400 mm2 and is contained at a percentage of 0.005 to 2.0 mass% based on 100 mass% of the soap raw material 10. By the manufacturing method, there is provided the transparent soap 1 having difference between average of the number of the metallic foil of the metallic foil member contained in each layer which is cut into 3 layers in a thickness direction and the number of the metallic foil contained in each layer of 10% or less of the average.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】金属箔を全体的に均一分散させた透明石鹸と、その製造方法とを提供する。【解決手段】枠練り法による製造用に調製された石鹸素地１０に対して溶解および／または膨潤可能な親水性フィルム層上に金属箔を設けて金属箔部材を形成し、当該金属箔部材を前記石鹸素地１０に投入して混合し、前記金属箔を石鹸素地１０中に分散させた後、これを枠に流し込んで、養生硬化させて石鹸を形成する透明石鹸１の製造方法である。石鹸素地１０は、脂肪酸石鹸を２５～５５質量％、糖・ポリオールを２０～５０質量％、アルコールを２０質量％以下の割合で含有したものである。金属箔部材は、１～４００ｍｍ2の大きさとなされ、石鹸素地１０の１００質量％に対して０．００５～２．０質量％の割合で含有されたものである。上記製造方法によって、厚さ方向に３層に切断した各層に含まれる金属箔部材の金属箔の数の平均数と、各層に含まれる金属箔の数との差が、前記平均数の１０％以下となされた透明石鹸１である。【選択図】図１
