The present invention relates to a multi-needle module having a remarkably good operating effect, and to an automatic injecting device. The multi-needle module simultaneously performs sterilization and disinfection in a step of feeding a drug, and thus can be hygienically and comfortably used. Also, the multi-needle module has a simple structure, and thus is remarkably conveniently assembled. The needle module discharges a drug fed to a needle body (100) through multiple needles (200) protruding to the outside by penetrating through the needle body (100). The needle body (100) comprises: a PCB (310) having penetration holes (311) through which the needles (200) respectively penetrate a terminal (320) exposed to the outer surface of the needle body (100) and an LED unit (300) made of an LED (330) installed on the PCB (310). An electrical current is applied through the terminal, and light is emitted to the outside toward the protruding needles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an LED unit installed in a needle body is provided with an electrical current (electricity) and is lighted, and blue light including UV rays is outputted toward the needles protruding to the outside.
