The vibration puff comprises a main body, a puff, a vibrator, an LED, a circuit board, and a battery. The main body has an accommodating space formed therein and a protrusion formed by a part of the bottom surface protruding downwardly. The puff is screwed to the protrusion. The vibrator is installed between the puff and the protrusion. The LED is installed on one side of the bottom surface of the main body. The LED emits light by operating LED operation buttons of the circuit board to be later described, thereby improving blood circulation and skin elasticity. The circuit board has buttons for operating the vibrator and the LED operation buttons. Some of the operation buttons are installed in the accommodating space of the main body to be exposed to the outside of the main body. The battery is located between a first terminal and a second terminal to provide power.
