PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable assist pad for bedsore prevention having a simple configuration and excellent in flexibility and elasticity which can appropriately prevent a bedsore, and effectively prevent return of fluid to the skin by being placed on a site such as the hip to which body pressure is applied to a bed-ridden elderly person who constantly uses a diaper to alleviate the oppression by the body pressure.SOLUTION: A disposable assist pad for bedsore prevention includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid permeable back sheet, and an intermediate layer arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. A first open hole film is arranged between the top sheet and the intermediate layer, and a second open hole film is arranged between the back sheet and the intermediate layer.
