PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a material tear when a pressing groove is given under a condition for using nonwoven fabric whose fineness is 1.7 dt or below as a liquid permeable top sheet.SOLUTION: In a sanitary napkin 1, wherein an absorber 4 is installed between the liquid permeable top sheet 3 consisting of the nonwoven fabric and a back sheet 2, and the pressing grooves 7 and 7 are given from an external side of the liquid permeable top sheet 3, the pressing grooves 7 and 7 are set to be a pair of right and left pressing grooves formed on both sides straddling a blood discharging corresponding part to follow an almost longitudinal direction, the nonwoven fabric whose fineness is 1.7 dt or below is used as the liquid permeable top sheet 3 and a plurality of nonwoven fabrics 8 for pressing/reinforcement, whose fineness is larger than 1.7 dt, are arranged on a lower layer face side of the liquid permeable top sheet 3 and in a range including the pressing grooves 7 and 7.
