PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further efficient and economic plant seed cutting device.SOLUTION: A plant seed cutting device 1 includes: a table 5 on which a through hole 52 is formed a cutting blade 41 that can be upwardly moved from below the table 5 to above the surface thereof through the through hole 52 and a movement mechanism 3 for moving a cutting blade 41. The table 5 includes a longitudinally-shaped horizontal through hole 52a and a longitudinally-shaped vertical through hole 52b, the horizontal and vertical through holes 52a, 52b intersecting each other.
