PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube clamp capable of improving easiness in moving a regulation member.SOLUTION: A clamp 1 includes a clamp body 11 and a regulation ring 12. The clamp body 11 has a pair of plate-like parts 21, 22, a connection part 23, and a pair of clamp parts 27, 28. The connection part 23 connects the paired plate-like parts 21, 22 to each other so as to be close to each other and separable from each other. The paired clamp parts 27, 28 project so as to narrow a space between the paired plate-like parts 21, 22, and fastens a medical tube 2 when making the paired plate-like parts 21, 22 close to each other. The regulation ring 12 moves passing through a space between the paired clamp parts 27, 28 to a regulation release position from a regulation position, and is inserted into the space between the paired clamp parts 27, 28 from one edge side part 41a.
