The present invention relates to an individual oyster cultivation apparatus comprising a frame, a hinge rod, a support, and a cultivation net and to an individual oyster cultivation method. The frame is installed to be moved up and down in a water tank. The hinge rod is installed horizontally across the inside of the water tank. The support is installed to be shaken on the hinge rod and shakes according to the upward and downward movement of the frame, thereby being inclined. The cultivation net is mount on the top of the support and can hold and cultivate seed oysters therein. The individual oyster cultivation method comprises the steps of slanting a cultivation net and cleaning a water tank and the cultivation net in a process of supplying cultivation water into the water tank and raising (cultivating) seed oysters put in the cultivation net exposing oysters in the cultivation net to the air space without filling the water tank with cultivation water, thereby hardening the oysters for a fixed period of time supplying cultivation water into the water tank and allowing a fixed period of time to elapse and discharging the cultivation water again and exposing the oysters to the air space, thereby hardening the oysters for a fixed period of time.
