The present invention provides an aquaculture system that enables reduction of the burden required for temperature control and is suitable for culturing shrimps. This aquaculture system (100) is provided with: a culture water tank (50) capable of storing culture water (W) therein; a thermal insulation house (10) that is built so as to cover the entirety of the culture water tank (50); and a boiler (30) which is a means for heating the culture water (W) in the culture water tank (50). Inner wall surfaces (51), (52) of the culture water tank (50) are slanted so as to form a downward inclination toward the bottom surface (53) of the culture water tank (50), and a partition wall (54) is installed upright in the culture water tank (50) so as to form an endless stream passage (55) in which the culture water (W) is allowed to circulate while flowing horizontally. A plurality of tabular insulation materials (40) are provided above the culture water tank (50) so as to cover the same, and an insulation material (40) is installed upright on the ground (G) surrounding the culture water tank (50).
