An oral celecoxib formulation, the formulation being a multiple minibead formulation wherein the minibeads comprise a hydrogel-forming polymer matrix in which are distributed celecoxib, a polyoxyethylated non-ionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, the minibeads when combined with water being capable of releasing self-assembly structures comprising surfactant and celecoxib. The formulation may be used for treating colorectal cancer, e.g. for inhibiting, reducing or delaying the initiation and/or progression of colorectal cancer, or for use in reversing colorectal cancer, reducing the burden of colorectal cancer and/or inducing remission of colorectal cancer, or for inhibiting, reducing or delaying metastasis of a colorectal cancer.L'invention concerne une préparation orale de célécoxib, la préparation étant une préparation à micro-billes multiples, les micro-billes comportant une matrice polymère formant un hydrogel dans laquelle sont répartis le célécoxib, un tensioactif non-ionique polyoxyéthylé et un tensioactif anionique； lorsqu'elles sont combinées à l'eau, les micro-billes peuvent libérer des structures d'auto-assemblage comportant un tensioactif et le célécoxib.
