The present application is related to a method of treating a cancer by administering to a human subject multiple doses of a mRNA cancer vaccine formulated as a lipid nanoparticle wherein the cancer vaccine comprises one or more mRNAs each having one or more open reading frames encoding 3-50 peptide epitopes, and wherein each of the peptide epitopes are portions of personalized cancer antigens or portions of cancer hotspot antigens. The present application further relates to a method of treating cancer by combining anti-cancer immunotherapy with the administration of the aforementioned mRNA cancer vaccine.La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement d'un cancer par l'administration à un sujet humain de multiples doses d'un vaccin à ARNm contre le cancer formulé sous la forme d'une nanoparticule lipidique, le vaccin contre le cancer comprenant un ou plusieurs ARNm présentant chacun une ou plusieurs cadre ouverts de lecture codant pour 3 à 50 épitopes peptidiques, et chacun des épitopes peptidiques étant des parties d'antigènes de cancer personnalisés ou de parties d'antigènes de points chauds du cancer. La présente invention concerne en outre une méthode de traitement du cancer par association d'une immunothérapie anticancéreuse avec l'administration du vaccin à ARNm contre le cancer susmentionné.
