PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a bubble generation degree when frying a processing object using a metal container with fine recesses formed on an inner surface by a fine particle peening process, and further, a production method using the metal container, processing the processing object, while controlling a generation degree of bubbles generating in liquid in the metal container and producing a product.SOLUTION: A control method for bubble generation in a metal container according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming a plurality of fine recesses on an inner surface of the metal container by a fine particle peening process and adjusting an entrance diameter, a depth, density and the like of each of the fine recesses to control a generation degree of bubbles generated in liquid in the metal container. A production method using the metal container according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming the plurality of fine recesses on the inner surface of the metal container by the fine particle peening process adjusting the entrance diameter, the depth, the density and the like of each of the fine recesses to control a generation degree of bubbles generated in the liquid in the metal container and adjusting finished quality of the product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6【課題】 内表面に微粒子ピーニング処理により形成された微小凹部を有する金属製容器を用いて被処理物を油で揚げる処理などを行なう際の泡の生成度合いの制御方法、延いては金属製容器内の液中に生じる泡の生成度合いを制御しつつ被処理物を処理して製品を生産する金属製容器を用いた生産方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係る金属製容器内泡生成制御方法は、金属製容器の内表面に微粒子ピーニング処理により微小凹部を複数形成すると共に、該微小凹部の入口径、深さ、存在密度等を調整することにより、金属製容器内の液中に生じる泡の生成度合いを制御する。また、本発明に係る金属容器を用いた生産方法は、前記金属製容器の内表面に微粒子ピーニング処理により微小凹部を複数形成すると共に、該微小凹部の入口径、深さ、存在密度等を調整することにより、金属製容器内の液中に生じる泡の生成度合いを制御して、製品の仕上がり具合を調整する。【選択図】図6
