This invention provides a stent graft transport device that can perform not only automatic rotational angle adjustment by means of self-alignment, but also smooth and easy transportation. The stent graft transport device transports a stent graft 200 to a lesion part along a guide wire 3 that is inserted into the inside of a blood vessel beforehand. The stent graft transport device is characterized by comprising a posture control member 411 that is provided with a through bore 411c through which the guide wire 3 slidably passes in a curved state in one direction. The stent graft transport device is also characterized in that the posture control member 411 is shorter than the stent graft 200 and is mounted on a distal end part of the stent graft 200.
