Here, the target holding unit (20), the dissolution unit (21), and the 10 transport unit (22) are arranged inside a self-shielding member (4). Therefore, a step of irradiating the target (10) with the charged particle beam (B), a step of dissolving and recovering the radioisotope, and a step of transporting the target (10) betweenboththestepsareallperformedinside the self-shielding 15 member (4) .
