Provided is an intense pulsed light (IPL) irradiator wherein a size of a hole (51) and a gap between holes (52) can vary to diversify the purpose of treatment and address a problem of burn occurring in treatment. The IPL irradiator of the present invention comprises: a perforated plate filter (50) partial reflection (circular transmission) coating a wavelength filter (21) or a beam guide block (31) by an optical method and disposed on one surface of the wavelength filter (20) to be able to be detached and a fractional filter (70) coupled with the perforated plate filter by an instrumental method. The fractional filter (70) and the perforated plate are made of metal or other materials which reflect light. A size of a perforated hole (51) ranges from 0.1 to 15 mm and a gap (52) ranges from 0.1 to 15 mm and the number of holes, distribution of holes, thickness of the perforated plate and the like can vary corresponding to an area of the perforated plate.
