Disclosed is an apparatus of freezing food capable of minimizing a phenomenon that agrifood is frozen while the agrifood is super-cooled, and minimizing drip by reducing the cell destruction of an agricultural product through a linkage with a liquid nitrogen spray type quick freezing method. The apparatus of freezing food comprises a chamber, a super-cooling refrigerating radiator, a coolant oil storage tank, a cooler, a spray nozzle, and a liquid nitrogen tank. The super-cooling refrigerating radiator is disposed inside the chamber. The coolant oil storage tank stores coolant oil, supplies low temperature coolant oil to the super-cooling refrigerating radiator, and receives the coolant oil from the super-cooling refrigerating radiator again. The cooler cools the coolant oil of the coolant oil storage tank. The spray nozzle sprays liquid nitrogen to a freezing object inside the chamber. The liquid nitrogen tank stores liquid nitrogen and supplied the liquid nitrogen to the spray nozzle.과냉각 도중 농식품이 얼어버리는 현상을 최소화 하고, 액체질소 스프레이식 급속냉동 방식과의 연계를 통해 농산물의 세포파괴를 줄여서 드립(Drip)을 최소화할 수 있는 식품 동결장치가 개시된다. 이러한 식품 동결장치는, 챔버, 과냉각 냉동 라디에이터, 냉매유 저장탱크, 냉각기, 스프레이 노즐 및 액체질소 탱크를 포함한다. 상기 과냉각 냉동 라디에이터는 상기 챔버 내에 배치된다. 상기 냉매유 저장탱크는, 냉매유를 저장하고, 저온의 냉매유를 상기 과냉각 냉동 라디에이터에 공급하고, 다시 상기 과냉각 냉동 라디에이터로부터 냉매유를 공급받는다. 상기 냉각기는 상기 냉매유 저장탱크의 냉매유를 냉각시킨다. 상기 스프레이 노즐은 상기 챔버 내부의 냉동 대상물에 액체질소를 분사한다. 상기 액체질소 탱크는 액체질소를 저장하여 상기 스프레이 노즐에 액체질소를 공급한다.
