The invention relates to a multi-particulate system for controlled release of an anti-inflammatory medicament for treating burns of medium severity and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the system consists, in gravimetric percentage related to 100 g of collagen gel, of a polymeric support consisting of a mixture of fibrillar collagen of type I having a content of 0.8...1.2% collagen as dry matter, up to 0.6% flufenamic acid and up to 1.2% dextran, up to 1.2% a reticulation agent of glutaraldehyde type, as well as 15...30% microcapsules comprising 2.50...7.50% gelatin, 0.25...0.75% soda carboxymethylcellulose, 1.60...2.40% flufenamic acid and 0.50...1.50% sodium alginate. The claimed process consists in previously mixing the collagen gel with the flufenamic acid solution, after which dextran is added, the pH is adjusted to 7.4 with sodium hydroxide solution 1 M and distilled water is added up to a final gel content of 0.8...1.2% collagen as dry matter, wherein 15...30% microcapsules are immersed and glutaraldehyde is added as solution with a concentration of 0.2...0.3% in distilled water, the hydrogel resulted being left for ageing at 4°C for 24 h and then it is lyophilised for 48 h, resulting in a multi-particulate system with flufenamic acid in free form and encapsulated, and in encapsulated form, respectively, with bi-phase controlled release of the medicament during 48 h.Invenţia se referă la un sistem multiparticulat de cedare controlată a unui medicament antiinflamator utilizat în tratarea arsurilor de severitate medie, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia.
