FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and medicine, in particular, to methods for production of oxygen cocktails of functional purpose that may be used for as biologically active agents affecting metabolic processes in the organism and promoting prophylaxis and elimination of hypoxia (oxygen deficiency).
