This invention relates to a three-dimensional recording system of an upper limb disorder rehabilitation process of and a recording method thereof. The recording method mainly uses two cameras to respectively pick use a horizontal and vertical axis image including the upper limb and a depth and vertical axis image, and sets at least two marked points on the upper limb. After the horizontal and vertical axis image and the depth and vertical axis image are sequentially received and the coordinates of the marked points are sequentially recorded, two sets of plane-coordinate moving data are obtained, and one set of three-dimensional-coordinate moving data is obtained from those two sets of plane-coordinate moving data, so as to generate a three-dimensional upper limb movement simulation images according to the set of three-dimensional-coordinate moving data.
