The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising: (a) vinflunine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (b) at least one PD1 -inhibitor and/or at least one PD-L1 -inhibitor or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
