The body portion (11) is inserted into a cavity of a guiding catheter (2). The outer sidewall of the body portion (11) and the inner sidewall of the guiding catheter (2) fit each other. The head end (12) is provided with a conical structure and extends outward from the distal end of the guiding catheter (2). The tail handle (13) extends outward from the proximal end of the guiding catheter (2). The auxiliary catheter (1) is provided therein with a guide wire channel used for a guide wire (3) to pass through. A first opening (15) is provided on the outer sidewall of the auxiliary catheter (1). The guide wire (3) can escape from the first opening (15).
