PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric-motor vehicle having a handle with a built-in touch sensor for driving switch which can control start and stop of the electric-motor vehicle without using an accelerator lever in order to maintain safety and operability of the electric-motor vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric-motor vehicle includes: a handle 4 having a rod-like part extending substantially in a horizontal direction and a right touch sensor 6a and a left touch sensor 6b provided on the rod-like part so as to be directed to substantially a top surface with respect to a travel direction. Each of the right rough sensor and the left touch sensor includes: a base having a concave part a capacitance detecting module having two electrodes built in the concave part a cover having an opening and covering the concave part and a resin cover provided to the opening.
