PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cane for a visually impaired person, which has proper portability and which can safely notify a user of situations around a wheel.SOLUTION: A cane 100 for a visually impaired person has a grip 2, a first rod-like member 3, a strap 4, a hinge 5, a second rod-like member 6, and a pair of wheels 7a and 7b.
