PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane module for realizing separation into a component (a particle and a molecule) by a membrane not by grain removal in a membrane filtration method, under energy-saving.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The present invention provides a pore diffusion membrane module capable of realizing a condition where a transmembrane pressure difference is 0.05 atmospheric pressure or less and a flow of a processing object liquid on a membrane surface is set as a laminar flow of 2/sec or more in a rate of strain. The module is constituted of at least four kinds of areas, (A) a laminar flow preparation area, (B) a pore inner diffusion area in a flat membrane under a laminar flow, (C) a laminar flow maintaining area and (D) a diffusion liquid storage area, and (A) and (B) are integrated in a plane in common to the flat membrane.
