CONSTITUTION: 1-5% of soluble starch is dissolved in cold water, and coating liquid in a colloid state is produced by boiling the water for 5-10 minutes. Grains and iron powder, which are washed and prepared, are inserted into a compressed-pill maker, and are mixed by rotating for 1-3 minutes in 10-100 rpm of speed. The soluble starch coating liquid is inserted into the compressed-pill maker, and mixed by additionally rotating for 1-3 minutes. The grains in which iron are reinforced is dried for 30-200 minutes at 70 deg. C.본 발명은 용해성 전분을 코팅액으로 사용하여 곡물에 철분분말을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철분 강화곡물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 용해성 전분 코팅액을 이용하여 제조된 철분곡물은 곡물 본연의 모습그대로 철분 강화곡물이 제공된다.이를 위해 본 발명에서 수행하는 철분 코팅법은 용해성 전분을 끓이는 단계, 곡물과 철분 분말을 제환기에 넣어 혼합하는 단계, 그리고 회전하는 제환기에 용해성 전분 코팅액을 혼합하고 약 5-15분간 철분분말을 곡물에 코팅한 다음 건조하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.
