The present invention relates to a seedling box loading apparatus capable of enabling a loaded rice seedling box to be conveniently withdrawn by inclining a transfer conveyor upwards, which is used for transferring and loading the rice seedling box, and also, enabling the seedling box to be safely withdrawn without leaning toward one side by keeping the seedling box always horizontal through a horizontal frame installed in the upper part of a loading part of the transfer conveyor.
