PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool feeling sheet enhanced in sustainability of an excellent cool feeling effect while exerting the effect, and excellent in feeling of use because of having low irritation.SOLUTION: A cool feeling sheet includes a flat bag body formed by encapsulating a sheet-like water absorptive material and including a skin-contact surface.
