The invented breast image basis points configuration method mainly segments an object image region from chest cross-sectional images and then clusters the images of the object image region to identify the chest object images belonging to the chest part and to remove the chest object images among the object image region after that, the pixels of the breast object images individually belonging to left and right breasts are projected to X-axis and Y-axis to obtain a central straight line situated between the left and the right breasts and two transverse straight lines respectively corresponding to the height positions of the left and the right breasts. Furthermore, among the breast object images, after the edge points of the left and the right breasts are obtained, four areas covering the two edges of the left and the right breasts are connected in accordance with said central straight line and two transverse straight lines and finally, the individual breast edge points and the front and the tail edge points among four areas are connected into a reference line by a straight line, and the edge points at the longest distance from the edge points perpendicular to the reference line in every area are individually calculated, such that the four breast image basis points individually corresponding to left and right breasts are set.本發明之乳房圖像基點設定方法,主要係於胸部剖面圖像分割出一物件圖像區域,再對物件圖像區域進行圖像分群,找出屬於胸腔部位之胸腔物件圖像,且去除物件圖像區域當中的胸腔物件圖像;之後將乳房物件圖像分別屬於左、右乳房的像素投影至X軸與Y軸,取得一條位於左、右乳房中間的中心直線,以及兩條分別對應於左、右乳房中間高度位置的橫向直線,且於乳房物件圖像當中取得左、右乳房邊緣點後,依照該中心直線及該兩條橫向直線,連接成分別囊括左、右乳房兩側邊緣的四個區域;最後個別將四個區域內的乳房邊緣點,頭尾邊緣點以直線連接出一基準線段,分別計算每一區域內的邊緣點至該基準線段垂直最遠距離的邊緣點,即可設定出分別對應於左、右乳房兩側的四個乳房圖像基點。
