During the procedure, subsidiary materials (fertilizer, agrochemical, and the like) are supplied from a subsidiary material feed tank 44 and a feed part 44a to the seedling planting apparatus 4; and next, since the subsidiary materials can be fed to a field before seedlings, when seedlings are planted in a field, the subsidiary materials can be surely fed to a field, and the supply of the subsidiary materials to the seedling planting apparatus 4 will not be in the way of supplying seedlings to the seedling planting apparatus 4, regardless of the change in the operation stoppage time of the seedling planting apparatus 4.
