PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planter which can replenish a next seedling box from a seedling-received table to smoothly continue the feed of seedlings without delaying a seedling-feeding work, when a seedling box for fed seedlings is emptied during a seedling-planting travel. SOLUTION: This seedling planter having a machine frame formed in a state capable of traveling on a field, planting portions 5, 6 having a circulating carriage mechanism 5 for receiving seedlings fed with the travel of the machine frame, and a steering handle 14 for operating the machine frame behind the planting portions 5, 6 is equipped with an auxiliary table 21 capable of holding a seedling-received seedling box B above the circulating carriage mechanism 5, and an upper opened empty box-receiving portion 22 is disposed at the side of the steering handle 14 for receiving the seedling box B from the edge 21e of the auxiliary table 21 at a low place.
