PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arteriosclerosis improving agent which inhibits the progression of physiological arteriosclerosis due to aging to urge improvement.SOLUTION: The arteriosclerosis improving agent includes, as main components, coenzyme Q10, cysteine, vitamins A, B, B, B, B, C, D, and E, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, and folic acid, an extract fluid from inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus, and purified water. The arteriosclerosis improving agent contains, on the basis of 1,000 ml purified water, (0.1-2.0 wt.%) coenzyme Q10, (0.5-5.0 wt.%) L-cysteine, 60-1,600 units extract fluid from inflamed skin of rabbits inoculated with vaccinia virus, and an appropriate amount of the vitamins.
