The present invention relates a novel aniline derivatives for anticancer and more particularly, it relates a novel aniline derivatives for anticancer comprising compound of the Formula 1 or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. A compound of the present invention inhibits AIMP2-DX2 which is novel anticancer target and induces apoptosis of cancer cells, thereby being effective in preventing and treating cancer. Therefore, a novel aniline derivatives of the present invention can be used for preventing and treating cancer.Cette invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de laniline pour le traitement du cancer, plus précisément de nouveaux dérivés comprenant le composé de formule 1 ou son dérivé comme principe actif. Le composé de linvention inhibe lAIMP2-DX2, nouvelle cible antinéoplasique, et induit lapoptose des cellules cancéreuses, ce qui lui permet dêtre efficace pour prévenir et traiter le cancer. Les nouveaux dérivés de laniline de linvention peuvent ainsi être utilisés pour prévenir et traiter le cancer.
