According to the study this ginseng known for mysterious wonder medicine is good for fatigue recovery, immunity reinforcement, blood stream improvement, and blood pressure regulation and helps brain cell protection and memory improvement. The present invention is started with a task for promoting health of people and increasing ginseng consumption by providing the ginseng as a material which gives an appetite of people and makes the life of people pleasure by putting a ‘ginseng seasoning agent’ containing ginseng as a main component and cooking side dishes to meet taste of people when cooking the side dishes of food or making soup or stew for the planning of health promotion of people and popularization of ginseng consumption. The ginseng seasoning agent provided in the present invention is an invention regarding a ginseng seasoning agent for food additives. The ginseng seasoning agent for food additives obtains refined fresh ginseng by disassembling and removing residual agricultural chemical components of the ginseng using an alkalinity water solution which dissolves a calcium oxide in which the a content of CaO is over 95.0w% in water with powder which is obtained by transforming shells at high temperature.
